Colette Phillips, President and CEO, Colette Phillips Communications, Inc. and Founder of Get Konnected!

 Iconic, thought leader, innovator, practical visionary, pioneer, inclusive leader, uber connector, consummate networker are terms often used to describe Colette Phillips, who is the President and CEO of Colette Phillips Communications, Inc. and Founder of Get Konnected!

She is a values-based social impact leader, trusted advisor and change agent who uses her influence and communications expertise to engage, enlighten, empower and educate multiple stakeholders on a variety of issues.

 She is a widely recognized expert in strategy and transformation and she is frequently consulted by corporations and nonprofits on how to establish healthy, inclusive working environments for their employees; how to be an inclusive savvy anti-racist leader; how to engage and serve culturally diverse consumers and how to build diverse and inclusive professional and personal networks. 

 Boston Magazine featured her in its ”Influencer Column with the headline “Who Needs LinkedIn When you Have Colette Phillips.  It also listed her on its  2020 and 2018 Boston’s 100 Most Influential People list;  In 2017 and 2016, The Boston Business Journal listed her on its annual Power50 list of the most influential business people in Boston, citing her as a Game-Changer. Boston Globe named her as a A-Lister calling her Boston’s “social connector,” and one of the “must have” people in the room when there are important events.

 In 2020, as a response to Pandemic and America’s racial awakening she launched four different initiatives –

The GK Fund (A Non-Profit Social Impact Fund)

A racial equity fund which will support programming, mentorship, and technology partnerships to prevent the loss of the next generation of BIPOC entrepreneurs to the economic fallout of the COVID-19 pandemic.

GK! Market 

The GK! Market was designed as a bifurcated platform to help companies create an inclusive procurement approach to their supplier diversity program.  It’s an e-commerce marketplace for BIPOC and women-owned small businesses that have been disproportionately affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.

GK! Execu-Search 

Was launched to connect our corporate and nonprofit partners corporations and nonprofits to our robust culturally diverse talent pool for mid- level, c-suite and board positions.

The Get Konnected! Institute

A Center for Executive Advancement and Retention (CEAR) that offers multiple levels of executive learning experiences to support our partners associates with offerings such as executive coaching; B/ERG programming; curated cross-cultural virtual salon dinners to better connect nonwhite executives with culturally diverse peers.

 Helping diverse talents find jobs with some of the best companies in Boston and beyond.
