Kelly DeGregorio: Chief Advancement Officer, Milton Academy

Kelly DeGregorio is Chief Advancement Officer at Milton Academy, where she leads the school’s development and alumni engagement initiatives. With more than 25 years of experience in institutional advancement, prior to Milton she served in leadership roles as Vice President of Institutional Advancement at Boston College High School and Assistant Vice President, Major Gifts at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. At BC High, she directed the $125 million Illuminating Excellence capital campaign, the largest in the school’s history, and at Brigham and Women’s, she oversaw major and principal gift strategies for several clinical areas as part of the hospital’s $1.5 billion comprehensive campaign. Committed to mentorship and professional growth, she has taught and presented at numerous national conferences, including serving as faculty for the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy’s Madison Institute at the University of Wisconsin.

 

Mahua Heath: Senior Philanthropic Advisor, Cure Alzheimer’s Fund
Mahua is a Sr. Philanthropic Advisor at Cure Alzheimer's Fund, a foundation dedicated to investing in promising research towards ending Alzheimer's disease. She has over 20 years of diverse experience within non-profit, higher education and healthcare. She has held development positions at Babson College, United Way, MIT Sloan School of Management, Pathfinder International and Massachusetts General Brigham Hospital. Her passion lies with raising awareness and philanthropic support for vulnerable, marginalized and underrepresented populations. Mahua earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Vermont and completed graduate coursework at Babson College. She also serves on the board of Cambridge Camping Association as Chair of their Governance Committee.

 

Wendy Wilsker: Managing Partner, Boyden

Since 1993, Wendy Wilsker has served the non-profit sector as a front-line fundraiser, consultant, executive recruiter and senior manager. Wendy is currently Managing Partner at Boyden, a global executive search firm. Prior to joining Boyden, Wendy Wilsker served as Chief Advancement Officer for Jewish Family & Children’s Service of Greater Boston. From 2010 to 2014, Wendy served as a Search Director at Lindauer Global. Wendy has led Development Programs at Combined Jewish Philanthropies, American Jewish Committee, The Rashi School and Lahey Hospital.  Wendy and her husband Michael reside in Westborough, MA with their four children.
