Kristen Robinson Darcy
Kristen Robinson Darcy is Chief Operating Officer at Fidelity Charitable®, an independen t public charity that has helped donors support more than 278,000 nonprofit organizations with nearly $35 billion in grants.The mission of Fidelity Ch aritable® is to grow the American tradition of philanthropy by p roviding programs that make charitable giving accessible, simple and effect ive. Ms. Robinson assumed her current position in 2018.
Ms. Robinson brings a passion for customers and innovative digital solutions to her work managing the development of donor and advisor experience, expansion, and r etention strategies. She leads integrated teams in service, operations, lea rning & development and marketing that support and improve the donor ex perience for nearly 250,000 donors nationwide.
Prior to joining Fidel ity Charitable, Ms. Robinson was a leader in the business transformation ef forts for Personal Investing, a unit of Fidelity Investments that provides retail brokerage, managed accounts, and other financial products and servic es to millions of individual investors. The majority of her 10 year career at Fidelity Investments was spent as senior vice president of digital exper ience for Personal Investing, leading several digital innovation initiative s including the new mobile app, a digital advisor, engaging digital educati onal experiences for millennial and women investors, and new digital tools for over 10,000 customer facing associates.
Before joining Fidelity i n 2007, Ms. Robinson held senior-level executive positions in multiple star t-ups, including leading global multichannel distribution, product developm ent, client experience / services and operations for security identity and credential bureau market disruptor Geotrust (acquired by Verisign) and as m anaging director for a smart card software company in Hamburg, Germany. Ear lier in her career, she held several sales, operations and service leadersh ip roles at Global Crossing.
G iselle Ferro Puigbo
Giselle Ferr o Puigbo is Executive Director of the Brookline Community Foundation. Her personal mission is to connect people, ideas, organizations, and re sources to build more equitable communities. In her 20-year career, she has facilitated, inspired, and mobilized more than $71 million to support orga nizations addressing some of the world’s most pressing challenges, like hea lth equity and educational equity. Giselle has led development efforts at H ealth Leads, Teach For America, and Blue Engine. She received her BS from G eorgetown University and JD from the University of Miami School of Law. She lives in Brookline, MA with her husband and two children.
