Patrick Schmitt is the co-founder of FreeWill, a social venture which has helped organizations to generate more than $9 Billion in planned gift commitments, stock gifts, crypto donations, donor advised fund grants, and qualified charitable distributions. Patrick and his co-founder Jenny have been named two of the Top 50 Philanthropists in the World by Town & Country. From 2009-2010, Patrick ran email fundraising for President Obama, where his team invented many of the existing best practices in digital fundraising. He served as Head of Innovation at Change.org, helping to grow that organization to 200 million members worldwide in just three years. Patrick received his Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and MBA from Stanford University.

Kelly Segal co-founded Effect Collective to help nonprofit and corporate leaders and team members do the work that matters most. Effect Collective is a one-stop shop for strategy facilitation, coaching, training, and speaking services on leadership & team development, governance, strategic planning, fundraising and more.

Before launching Effect Collective, Kelly spent 25 years working in the trenches alongside nonprofit and educational institution leaders. She founded and managed a nonprofit management consulting firm and served as interim executive director for several organizations. In these roles, she leveraged methods to activate leadership, energize professionals, and increase efficiency. She is known for combining different operational and management philosophies to quickly assess systems, diagnose problems, design strategy, and execute solutions.

Kelly's work is fueled by the idea that the strength of communities rests on the shoulders of healthy, values-driven organizations. Her approach centers on the development of results-driven strategies for strength maintenance and impact-maximizing growth.
